Where are you located and ship from?

We are a family-owned and operated business located in Nixa, Missouri, USA (the middle of everywhere!).  Being centrally located in the US allows us to ship FAST to most all locations! 

Are your items In Stock?

All of our items are IN STOCK and ready to ship from our warehouse in Nixa, MO.   Occasionally, we will list some items as “PRE ORDER” if we have items confirmed, but not yet received.  These items will be very clearly marked “PRE ORDER.” 

Do you sell wholesale?

All of our items are priced at a wholesale!   Since we source the very best children’s boutique clothing directly from the manufacturers, we pass those savings on to you!  Our products are OEM (no brand name or tags) and offered at wholesale pricing!   If you have a resell permit or other tax exempt certificate, you can request tax exempt purchasing by emailing your request, along with a copy of your state tax registration or resell certificate, to

Where are your products made?

Most textile industry manufacturing is done overseas.  We have vetted some of the very best children’s boutique suppliers located in Canada, Asia, and South America.  We have all of our items shipped to us here in the US, where we inspect them for quality and adjust for sizing consistency.

Do your outfits run true to size?

Since every manufacturer is a little different with their sizing, we compare all of our items to name brand children’s clothing (for example: Cat & Jack from Target and Children’s Place) and assign our sizing as appropriate so that our products run true to size and are consistent.  In the event that an item does not run true to size, we note that in the product’s description.  Please refer to our standard size chart. 

Do your “Mom” sizes also run true to size?

For the most part, yes, they do run true…however, since women’s clothing sizes vary greatly, we make sure to put the actual measurements of the items in the product descriptions.  It is recommended that you check the product measurements every time your purchase a “mom” size.

What materials are used in your products?

Our items are made primarily from a combination of polyester, spandex, and cotton.   The result is that “buttery-smooth” feel often described as milk silk.  Super comfortable, stretchy, and durable.   Each clothing item will list the materials in the product description.   For best longevity, only wash on delicate cycle and dry on gentle cycle (or hand wash and hang dry). 

The item I want is “out of stock”…will you get more?

All of our items are LIMITED RELEASE by season and generally do NOT restock.  We may get similar styles or even the same pattern on another outfit, but very rarely restock the exact same item.  For the majority of our items, once we run out….that’s it!  Best to buy early to assure you get the size and style you want!    For basic items like ruffle shorts/pants and hair accessories and tutus, we restock common colors.

What payment options do you accept?

ShopGCH is committed to providing our customers with a variety of easy to use and secure payment options to make their purchase easy, breezy, and safe! 

We accept the following payment options via our online checkout system:

  • Shop Pay – all major credit cards & Shop Pay Installments (buy now, pay later)
  • PayPal – your secure account thru PayPal

  • Meta Pay – your secure account thru Meta (Facebook & Instagram)

How do I place a “drop shipping” order?

Don't have the funds to keep inventory on hand? No Problem! Sell GCH items on your website, Etsy Store, Ebay or any other sales channel. Place the order on our GCH website and we will ship the order directly to your customer.   There is NO EXTRA CHARGE from us to drop-ship your order!

Place your order on our website, use your billing information and your customer's shipping address. In the message box during check out, leave us a message that this order is a drop ship.   

When we see the drop ship note, we will NOT send pack slips or anything with our company name anywhere in or on the package.  Be sure to use YOUR email address for the order, since there will be order updates sent via email! Our items will not have any GCH tags on them.  You may use our flat lay pictures, descriptions, and size charts as long as you are purchasing the product through us!  (Please do NOT use our pictures with our models as permission to post our model pictures does not extend to other individuals or businesses.)

We do NOT provide any inventory data feeds so it is up to you to keep track of inventory.  Most of our drop shippers will use new arrivals to have the best selection and update every 2-3 months.  

Don’t forget:   You must leave us the "Drop Ship" message! Use your billing information and your email. We send email updates on tracking with our company name on it so please don't give us your customers email.  For any further questions about drop shipping, please email us at or call our office.    

How do I check my order status?

Upon checkout, you have the option to sign up for text/email notifications.    Or you can login to our site with your email address to view previous orders.   Click on the “Account” icon on the top right of the screen. 

Do you offer any discounts?

All of our items are priced at a discount!   Since we source the very best children’s boutique clothing directly from the manufacturers, we pass those savings on to you!  Our products are OEM (no brand name or tags) and offered at wholesale pricing!
